All books sold on Bookscorner.shop are new and printed by us.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images for each product. However, minor variations may occur due to printing or display differences.

All intellectual property, including book content and website materials, belongs to Bookscorner.shop and may not be used without permission.

Payment Options

You can choose from the following payment methods:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the full amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Orders will be processed and shipped after confirmation.

b. Online Payment via Ziina

Secure online payments can be made through Ziina.

Orders will be processed immediately after payment confirmation.

c. Bank Transfer

Bank transfer details will be provided via email after you place your order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the payment is received and confirmed in our account.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed upon payment confirmation (for bank transfer and Ziina) or after confirmation (for COD).

Estimated delivery time is 7-9 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances; we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Any additional charges due to address changes or failed deliveries will be borne by the customer.

Order Confirmation

For orders above AED 100, we require confirmation from you via call or message before processing your order. This helps us ensure the security of your purchase and provide the best possible service.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Books are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect book, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

For eligible cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost. If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched for delivery.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
