• All sales are final. Books are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect book, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
• For eligible cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost. If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
• Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
